  • You will have 3 days of planned workouts a week for a month. Every workout is personalized to your Current fitness level and ability. You also get the basic meal coaching option. Here we help you figure out what the optimal amount of calories and macros (protein, carbs, and fats) is appropriate for you current goal. You also get access to our library of delicious recipes and meals with the exact ingredients and portions for each of your meals. You get to choose your own meals with our help to make sure you hit you calorie goal every time!

Bundle 2

  • You will have 4-5 days of planned workouts a week for a month. Every workout is personalized to your current fitness level and ability. You also get the premium meal coaching option. Here we help you figure out what the optimal amount of calories and macros (protein, carbs, and fats) is appropriate for you current goal. You will get a personalized meal plan that we will figure out together. You get 7 days of meals with its shopping list so you know exactly how much to buy when you do your grocery shopping. We include the foods you enjoy with the right portions so you hit your calorie goal every time.

Bundle 3

  • You will have 4-5 days of planned workouts a week for a month. Every workout is personalized to your current fitness level and ability. You also get the deluxe meal coaching option. Here we help you figure out what the optimal amount of calories and macros (protein, carbs, and fats) is appropriate for you current goal. You will get a personalized meal plan that we will figure out together. You get 7 days of meals with its shopping list so you know exactly how much to buy when you do your grocery shopping. Meals can be updated weekly if needed in this bundle. We include the foods you enjoy with the right portions so you hit your calorie goal every time. You will also have one 45-60 minute virtual session each week with Luis for accountability and to make sure you are doing proper form. This is a great way to maintain consistency and decrease the chance of injury.

Luis and Kim better known as the Double G’s decided to start their own wellness business to help people live a better lifestyle. Working online gives the opportunity to reach more people outside of the city. Whether in person or online they are ready to help you accomplish your fitness goals.

Luis y Kim, mejor conocidos como los Double G’s, decidieron iniciar su propio negocio de bienestar para ayudar a las personas a vivir un mejor estilo de vida.     I am an elite ISSA certified personal trainer, a certified corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach. Currently I hold the position as Regional Fitness Director of Gold’s Gym Tri-Cites. I am working towards my masters degree in sport performance and exercise psychology. Some of my specialties include weight loss, sport performance, strength training, and group training. I have a passion for human movement and performance. The art and science of personal training as change my life and the lives of our clients by giving us all the feeling of empowerment and success! Training should not be like a chore it is a lifestyle that should be exciting and fulfilling.

    Nutrition has always been something I have been passionate about. I started to take my health a little more serious after I started to have stomach problems and I began to research ingredients and healthier food options. After I chose to have a healthier lifestyle and became more conscious on what I was feeding my body I began to feel so much better. I then decided to further my education and received my certification in nutrition. The best part about helping people transition to a healthier lifestyle is seeing how good they start to feel.
